If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full session fee will still apply.
Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session.
If a last-minute emergency arises that is truly out of your control, please provide me with a brief explanation. In these cases, I may offer a refund at my discretion, on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to pay for your sessions via a package, here are your options. If you are on a tiered pricing option, please reach out to me directly for me to offer you your tiered pricing package.

If you are unwell, I offer the option to either meet online, if you're feeling up for it or we can reschedule your session. I cannot guarantee in-person availability for rescheduled sessions.
Please note: I do not offer refunds for illness.
If we are unable to find a suitable time to reschedule before your next session, I will keep note that you have an extra session credit.
You can use an extra session credit at a later date when it feels supportive to have an additional session (eg. two sessions in one week, or if you are a bi-weekly client to use your session credit on a week when you typically do not have a session).
Emergencies do happen, and I aim to be understanding in these situations. If possible, please email me to let me know that you cannot attend your session. When you’re able, please also send a brief description of the emergency. Refunds due to emergencies are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We can switch to an online session at any time. Please email me to let me know that you’ll be attending online. The Zoom link for your session is included in your Google Calendar invite. If you don’t have access to the calendar invite, email me and I’ll send you the Zoom link directly.
I can not guarantee your insurance will cover the therapy sessions. It is dependent on your specific insurance company and coverage.
I offer tiered pricing options for individuals who are not able to afford the full rate and/or have limited financial support from family or external sources. If this applies to you and you would like to know more about the tiered pricing options please let me know.
Please note that tiered pricing options are limited.
Other options if finances are getting in the way of access to therapy, we can switch to bi-weekly session or even a monthly check-in to keep your progress going but make therapy more affordable.
That’s no problem. If you usually meet in person we can meet online. If you don't plan on having therapy over your vacation I can hold your time slot for up to two weeks. After that, I’ll need to open it to other clients. If you plan to pause therapy for longer than two weeks, please note that your time slot may be filled, and we may need to find a new time when you return.
Sure, that's an option. You're welcome to take a pause from therapy at any time. Whenever you're ready to return you can use the 'book a session' link or email me and I can let you know what I have available.
Yes, that's always an option. I offer therapy on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. If you switch the frequency of your sessions just note we may need to change the time slot of your sessions. Feel free to discuss with me in your next session if you're thinking about changing the frequency of your sessions.
I understand that it's not always a good fit. You can let me know in your next session so we have some time for reflection and closing or if you prefer you can send me an email to let me know you won't be continuing. I'd be happy to send you contacts of other therapists that may be a better fit.
