About
What made me want to become a therapist?
Growing up, I imagined helping the world by working in politics or human rights work. I quickly discovered it was not the outer world I wanted to focus on, but the inner-world.
Reading Thich Nhat Hahn's Peace is Every Step for a class in college, I discovered my passion for mental health and decided I would work to find peace within myself and help others do the same.

Why am I passionate about Somatic Therapy?
Connecting with my body has always been a powerful path to healing for me. During periods of anxiety in my own life, returning to my body is what helped me come home to myself again.

This is why I’m so passionate about somatic therapy. I love supporting people in this gentle, creative and incredibly deep approach to therapy.

What's my favorite part about being a therapist?
My favorite thing about being a therapist are the deep, soulful connections with my clients. I love who I get to work with. Witnessing someone's change process is deeply moving and inspiring.
I learn so much from the people that come to my office!
